Account creation and management
How do I register with Nativery?

To register with Nativery, simply fill in the registration form that you can find here. Once you’ve completed it, a dedicated account manager will assess your request and contact you as soon as possible to create your own customised Nativery profile.

What types of content are not accepted by Nativery?

Nativery allows advertisers to publish services and products for promotional purposes as long as they are not deemed inappropriate or offensive to users.

Specifically, Nativery will remove all content considered illegal, damaging, threatening, immoral, defamatory, pornographic or related to child pornography, in breach of copyright, inciting violence and/or any kind of discrimination (racial, ethnic, sexual, social or any other kind of discrimination), insulting a particular person or organisation, in breach of the rights of children, content related to third-party licensing rights, trademarks, trade secrets, copyright or any other type of rights associated with intellectual property.

More generally, ads deemed misleading or inconsistent with the landing page, those that cannot be understood from an editorial point of view or those with inconsistent titles and thumbnails may also be rejected.

Nativery shall constantly strive to research and approve promotional content that protects the user and supports their browsing experience. For further details, download the full brand guidelines.

How do I reset or recover my password?

To change your password, log in to your Nativery account and click on Change password. Alternatively, if you’ve forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password in the authentication section and enter the email address to which you want your new password to be sent.

Campaign and ads management
How a campaign is structured hierarchically?

Setting up a campaign on Nativery is simple: once a user gains access to the platform, he/she can start the setup. In the “Campaign section”, click on “create” and give a name to the campaign. The campaign includes the “AdGroup” sublevel, in which you have customizable parameters such as CPC, device, branding text, etc...
These setting will be applied to the next “ads” sublevel. In this section, you can insert graphics and textual elements of the campaigns that will be displayed online. Below, you can find a summary of Nativery’s sections hierarchy.

Payment options and billing system

You can charge the balance by bank transfer - you will receive the IBAN once you contact us - or by PayPal - the transaction fee is up to the user who will charge the budget. Our administration will issue the invoice simultaneously with the budget recharge request.

Ad technical specification

The size of the loaded thumb must be 600X450 pixels, the weight must not exceed 1Mb in size, the accepted formats are JPEG and GIF. The allowed length for the text is a maximum of 60 characters spaces included. The Brand Name chosen must correspond to the brand name, this will appear with a smaller font under the adv.

What is an ad group and how many ads can I create for each one?

An ad group is a group of ads that share the same objectives. Usually, an ad group contains products or services belonging to the same category. For each ad group you can create an infinite number of ads with a view to identifying the winning combination of title and thumbnail. The recommended minimum is four ads.

Why is my ad not generating impressions?

If your ad is not generating impressions, make sure that the ad group it is part of, and especially the campaign, are active.

How do I monitor the available budget in my account?

To monitor your available budget on Nativery, simply log into the platform and view the amount displayed on the top right of the screen. Make sure that you have enough credit to keep your ads going.

Tracking
What are UTM parameters and why are they useful?

UTM parameters add information to the URL to segment traffic to a website. Each code improves the tracking and analysis of campaigns to establish the value of their conversions.

Below, the UTM parameter list:
{provider} – It identifies Nativery traffic source
{campaign} – Specific campaign’s name
{campaign_id} – ID Nativery campaign unique code
{campaign_group_id} – Adgroup ID unique code
{campaign_item_id} – Ads unique ID code
{adgroup} – Specific Adgroup name
{platform} – The device that is generating traffic
{site_domain} – Site domain name
{site_id} – Site ID unique code
{timestamp} – record of the time of item occurrence
{title} – item title
{thumbnail} – Item image

Example: ?utm_source=nativery&publisher={site_domain}&device={platform}

Why don’t the conversions I see coincide with those that appear on Nativery?

A 5% discrepancy may occur. Consult the guide on the platform or contact your account manager to clarify any doubts.

Can I increase my traffic with Nativery?

Yes. One of the main objectives of Nativery is to enable publishers to add value to user visits and achieve positive ROI. We continuously work on optimisation to enable our publishers to get a customized experience according to their preferences. Moreover, we aim to reduce the bounce rate and made the engagement measurable.

How does Nativery choose what content will be shown?

The Nativery algorithm takes into consideration different variables in order to offer the user a personalised browsing experience.

Who can I contact if I have any queries about payments?

Payment times and methods are an integral part of the publishing agreement between Nativery and the Publisher. To find out more or to clarify any queries regarding payments, please contact your account manager or email publisher@nativery.com. We will reply as soon as possible.

What should I do if I don’t like the campaigns in the widget?

If the Nativery widget contains ads that you feel are not aligned with your audience, your designated account manager will block the content that you don’t want, in order to reduce the bounce rate and track the earnings for each visit.

How do I correctly implement the widget install code?

Once the personalised widget has been created, Nativery will send the install code to be implemented in the dedicated space on the website.
If the widget does not appear in the website, we recommend checking that the code has been correctly entered into the script.
Publishers can find on the platform video tutorial to learn how to implement the widget on their website.

Do I choose the widget format myself?

Yes. The publisher chooses the format to implement.
Nativery provides the IAB standard adv formats to allow the publisher to choose which type best fits in their editorial context in respect of the user experience.

Is the widget customizable?

Yes, the publisher can customize the widget (font - size - number of boxes etc).
In particular, it can choose the sponsorship percentage, that means the widget can also contain editorial suggestions and/or only sponsored ads.

Can I change the title of the widget?

You can decide to change the title of the widget or the formula that anticipates the presence of promotional content. In the specific widget editing section, Nativery allows you to personalise not only the formula’s copy (You may also be interested in/Sponsored content) but also the font, colour and size of the widget’s title.

What is ads.txt?

ads.txt is a list of all the authorised sellers of the advertising spaces on the website. Ensure that each domain correctly lists the sales partners in order to improve the transparency of the advertising.

Revenue
How can I check my revenue trends?

Nativery provides users with a dashboard where they can check the revenue generated by the widgets implemented on their website. The set of publishing tools provided keeps them up to date on any optimisations in real time.

Payment
What are the payment terms?

Payments are made 30 days from the invoice date, by bank transfer.
To ensure fair and transparent collaboration, the Publisher is responsible for communicating accurate contact and payment details to Nativery.
